Regulation & Participation Emotional Regulation & Anxiety We support children and young people to better understand and manage their emotional responses. This may include anxiety, overwhelm, frustration, or difficulty coping with everyday demands. Therapy focuses on building regulation, resilience, and a sense of safety — for both the child and their family. Attention, Executive Functioning & Motivation We support children who find it difficult to start, sustain, and complete tasks. This includes attention, organisation, time management, and motivation — helping young people develop the skills needed to function more independently across home and school environments. School Participation & Learning Access We work with children to understand what they need in order to engage in learning. This may include adapting environments, supporting learning differences (diagnosed or not), and working closely with schools to optimise participation, inclusion, and success. Social & Community Participation Supporting children and young people to build confidence, connection, and real-world skills through structured group and community-based experiences. We offer a range of social and skill-based groups across ages — from early years through to adolescents and young people transitioning to adulthood. Groups are thoughtfully designed to support regulation, handwriting, school readiness, social communication, and participation in a supportive and engaging environment. Examples may include social groups, community outings, LEGO-based groups, writing groups, cooking, psychoeducation groups, yoga, and electronic music production. We also support children, young people, and families in real-world environments that are meaningful to them — including home, school, local shops, parks, sporting activities, and community settings — to help build skills that translate into everyday life. | |
